CMB International is proud to announce the opening of our new branch in the Middle East.

CMB Middle East FZC, located in the UAE is an exciting new project that will allow CMB’s prestigious product range to be available within the Middle East – providing this dynamic region with a creative and productive solution to all of their quarrying needs.


As our international presence continues to grow we are very excited to call the Middle East another home for CMB as we are committed to bringing our engineering expertise and services to the region, whilst nurturing positive and successful business relationships with our customers locally.

Our leading edge technology, bespoke design and robustly constructed product range of both mobile and static plant will give quarries within the Middle East an exciting option to be able to meet and exceed all of their requirements.

We offer a remote performance and diagnostic system that is operated via a 3g modem within the UK. This means that fault diagnostics and system parameters can be examined and altered without ever needing a fully trained PLC engineer on site.

Along with this, our vast array of technical knowledge within the industry provides a fantastic aftercare service to all of our customers, ensuring that they are getting the optimum performance with maximum production.

CMB announced as UK dealer for Hartl Bucket Range

CMB International are pleased to announce that we are now the UK distributor for the exciting range of Hartl Bucket Crushers and Screeners.

Having aided Hartl with the design of both the Jaw Crusher and Screener we have now taken on the UK dealership of the machines.

The HBC range provides the ultimate service for processeing natural rock and recycling materials economically on site.  The crusher is mounted on to an excavator and secruley attached using a quick coupling system.  The drive is run from the excavators hydraulic supply. 
The required material is immediately processed by the bucket crusher on the very spot where it has been collected, or happens to be!  Once processed, the product can generally be replaced on the spot and put to use straightaway.

The HBS range is a compact and stable structure that ensures a reliable screening capacity with low running costs. This machine enables materials to be classified and separated more precisely, and the exchangeable grids allow for sieving and screening in different, variable sizes.  Like the HBC, the drive is run from the excavators hydraulic supple

Patent application for Mechanism for unblocking Jaw Crusher

As part of CMB Internationals commitment to produce improved, user friendly crushing and screening equipment to the Quarry industry, we have introduced a new automatic unblocking system for the removal of unwanted build up of aggregate in the crushing chamber of the CMB Rockmonster Jaw Crusher. In normal practice, when build up of aggregate occurs, it is necessary to reverse the direction of rotation several times before the crushing machine can be unblocked by manual intervention.  With the CMB mechanism for unblocking the jaw crusher, manual digging out of aggregate material from the jaw crushing chamber is no longer necessary, reducing down time and labour whilst maximising crushing production time.  This feature is included in the T88i BX400 mobile jaw crushing plant, contact our office for more details on +44 1530 563600 

Vacancy for Design Draft Person

CMB International Ltd, due to expansion and growth in sales of crushing and screening equipment, have a vacancy for an experienced design drafts person to work within our busy Engineering Department.

The successful applicant will have a degree/HNC/HND and be a competent user of 2D CAD and preferablly 3D Solid Modelling; ideally with design experience in heavy equipment/crushing/screening, with a good understanding of the manufacturing process.  CMB International Ltd are looking for someone who is creative and inovative, with good communication skills and a can do attitude, with a willingness to cover a vareity of work.
